By accessing or using the Drixem Group website (www.drixemgroup.com) or engaging any of our advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using this site or our services.

Drixem Group Sdn. Bhd. provides wealth migration advisory services including, but not limited to: • Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) visa consultation and application support • Premium real estate advisory and acquisition facilitation • Tax optimisation and financial structuring • Corporate and regional headquarters establishment • Legal compliance and structuring • Family relocation support and concierge services All advisory services are provided for informational and facilitation purposes. Drixem Group does not guarantee specific immigration, tax, or investment outcomes.

Clients engaging Drixem Group's services agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested • Disclose all relevant financial, legal, and personal circumstances material to the services • Comply with all applicable Malaysian and home-country laws and regulations • Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information, processes, or contacts shared by Drixem Group

Service fees are outlined in individual engagement letters and service agreements. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, instalment schedules, and cancellation/refund policies are specified in the relevant service agreement. Advisory consultations booked and not attended without 24-hour cancellation notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and data — is the property of Drixem Group Sdn. Bhd. and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use for research purposes is permitted provided proper attribution is given.

Drixem Group provides advisory services based on information available at the time of consultation. We are not liable for: • Changes in government policy, immigration regulations, or tax laws that affect outcomes • Decisions made by clients based on general information rather than specific professional advice • Third-party service provider delays, errors, or failures • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from our services Our maximum aggregate liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information exchanged during the course of engagement. Drixem Group will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by Malaysian law, regulatory bodies, or court order. Clients agree not to disclose Drixem Group's proprietary methodologies, strategies, or business connections.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We encourage clients to first attempt to resolve disputes through our internal complaint resolution process.

Drixem Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
